International Shipping Policies

Shipping Method

We can only ship our packages out via Federal Express (FedEx) or UPS.

The preferred carrier for international shipments is FedEx, but we may use UPS services if costs are preferable. If International customers have strong preference of carrier, then they need to contact us to let us know.

International Destinations

Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs office. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier.

It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. We use the harmonized code that we have been told is appropriate for our products into your region. Your customs office has the power to change this code on their own. If you feel that your final code / tax is not correct, then you can contact the carrier and/or your customs office directly to request a review.

If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge us to return the package.

If we are unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal, a refund will not be issued.

U.S. Shipping Cost Info

U.S. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the item and its shipping carton size. Our site refers to this as Estimated Shipping Weight, which can be found on each item’s page, in the ‘Product Details‘ section.

Some of our pieces are considered ‘over sized’, and for those, the shipping cost is typically based on dimensional weight -which is also located on the items page, in the ‘Product Details‘ section.

Track your order

When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail (if you have provided us with an e-mail address) that contains the tracking number. For U.S. and International (Non-EU) customers who did not receive an e-mail, you can also locate your tracking number in your Online Account under the specific order.Below are links to tracking sites to monitor package shipments.

Please note that all domestic shipments of $185 in value or more requires a signature upon delivery.

My order has yet to be scanned -where is it?!

Very often ground shipments are placed on a truck that is going directly to a hub nearest your delivery address, and does not go through multiple scans along the way. Please wait until at least the day after your scheduled delivery date before contacting FedEx, UPS or us.

Refused Package Information

Thinking of refusing a package -waaaait a minute! CONTACT US -we have super powers. If something isn’t right with the package / order, we may be able to help you, and it will be faster than the time it takes to process a ‘refused package’ back into our warehouse. So please weigh your options before refusing a package, that may incur charges.You Changed Your Mind

What?! Ok, ok, we understand. CONTACT US! We can help you return it through the proper channels. If you refuse a package in the US, please know you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Once the collectible is back in warehouse, we will refund you -less any applicable return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits.

International Customers

If you refuse a package, resulting in the return and/or abandonment of your collectible you will still be responsible for all VAT Fees, Import fees, Return shipping costs and Abandonment fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If greater than the product(s) price, We may bill you for the balance.

Ship Quotes / International Fees

We can provide you with a quote prior to the item shipping. If you are an international customer, we suggest that you also contact your local customs office for a quote on VAT or import fees as well.

Our support is pretty cool and always accommodating, but please know, we reserve the right to refuse any future orders for repeat offenders of ‘package refusals’ especially refusals on international shipments.
